THE WORK
Signal Labs had strong technology but a brand that blended into a crowded analytics market. Buyers couldn't immediately understand what made them different or why it mattered.
The engagement started with deep customer interviews and competitive mapping to uncover the positioning gap. We found that Signal's real differentiator wasn't the data — it was how fast teams could act on it. That became the brand's core idea: speed to signal.
The visual identity was rebuilt around that principle — sharp, precise, and fast-moving. A new messaging framework gave the sales team a consistent story to tell at every stage of the funnel.
